Our vacation home is located in Central UT just 25 miles north of St. George and 2000 ft. higher in elevation. We enjoy slightly cooler weather and EASY, no traffic access to all the fun in and around St. George. There are beautiful mountain views out the living room and master suite. Welcome to Windchime Farms. We are a small rescue and greenhouse farm near Pine Valley. This cottage has 2 bedrooms and bathrooms and allows privacy and calm cool surroundings. Judy's Brookside Family Manor is a fabulous custom built home and is located on a beautiful mountain road which winds it's way along the Santa Clara river just below Baker Reservior. This newer home offers cathedral ceilings, a full kitchen upstairs and is set up to help you host family reunions or business getaways. The upstairs offers large gathering areas with multiple sofa's, lounge chair and seating at a large table and kitchen bar. The spacious living room showcases a 65" Roku TV for streaming movies which are provided for you through YouTube TV and Netflix. Live Salt Lake area chanels are provided through YouTube TV. Free WiFi is offered throughout the home.  Also upstairs is a full size laundry room, a large game room which offers another 65" Roku TV, and ping pong table, bumper pool table, and will offer more and more games over the coming months, The game room features two queen size sofa sleepers. The Master Bedroom with a king size bed and private bath, offers it's own access to the balcony, and the balcony, which runs the length of the spacious home, is the perfect place to sit back, relax, and enjoy the sound of the bubbling Santa Clara river below. And to make coming home better still, note that the house location is about 10 degrees cooler than St. George proper in the hot months. THE HOUSE: Unquestionably unique (not just a pretty face) with tremendous views from all windows. Unusually private. Built by the previous owners to their exacting and green specifications, you will be instantly transported when you enter the house and feel the open floor plan, see the light filled spaces, hear the peace and quiet and appreciate the original works of art. The house is a true retreat from everyday life. Open floor plan – lots of natural light—private, quiet, peaceful- a true retreat from city life. Neighbors are actually fairly close, but you can’t see or hear them while on the property because of the intelligent placement of the house on the one acre lot. Geothermal heating and air conditioning makes for continued quiet even when using heat and A/C. You will experience the great care which has gone into both equipping and decorating house, utilizing high quality materials throughout. Lots of gathering spaces—in and out of doors, large and small nooks and reading areas. The house is well suited for 10 guests and 12 if the additional two are children. CONNECTIVITY: WIFI is very good. There is a landline but cellular service is spotty in the valley overall. My experience so far has been that phone service works for folks who are able to receive it through the internet. THE LIVING ROOM is furnished with two comfortable full size sofas and additional seating for singles, a 55” Smart TV set and sound bar to stream your movies, shows and music. No cable TV at present time. THE KITCHEN: Some people refer to a well-designed kitchen as a “chef’s kitchen.” In this case it’s true! This home was just completed in 2021 (We are still working on the yard and a few finishing touches inside) Beautiful Views over looking the valley. It has a large great room two beds and one bath on the main with a master bed/bath loft upstairs.. 30-45 minutes from downtown St George. 10 Minutes to Pine Valley reservoir and hiking trials. Pine Valley is a rural community. The closest small store is in Veyo. Traditional grocery stores are in St George. The soap grids(lines) on the windows are to keep the birds from flying into the glass. If the squirrel comes around don't let him in he's not tame. Don't feed the deer they can injure or kill you. Watch for deer and black cows standing in the road especially in the morning and evening. Watch your speed, the sheriff is not very forgiving. No open flames. No smoking or vaping on the property. We understand that your pets are family but please don't bring them here.

We start by providing professionally laundered linens through American Linen Supply Company (ALSCO). This assures your sheets, towels, bathmats, etc. have been cleaned using commercial machines with boilers and commercial grade cleaners which kill more germs than a home washer/dryer can do. We also make sure every surface of the home is wiped down with commercial cleaners with bleach, paying special attention to items such as remote controls, doorknobs, cupboard handles, and anything within the home which are touched by hands on a regular basis. We provide single use products rather than large bottles of shampoos, soaps, etc. which have been used by previous guests. Golf is located 15 miles into St. George, hiking in Snow Canyon is less than 20 mins away. The best pies in the world located in Veyo, only 12 miles away. Pine Valley lake is a great place for fishing and is located only three miles away. If you choose to come during winter time, skiing is located in Brian Head about 1hr 30 mins away. Golfing is year round. Satellite TV available up and downstairs, DVD player. Wifi is available although given our location on the mountain it may be slower than what you find at home. Cell coverage is spotty given your carrier. Locally - ATV allowed with many trails, fishing, dining. You cannot be bored at this cabin, unless that is your purpose for staying here. This is the perfect place to get away from it all, or an even better place to go hiking, climbing, fishing, 4 wheeling, horseback riding in the area, or stay around the cabin and play horseshoes (in a location behind the cabin bag of shoes hanging inside door on hook) or play croquet on the front lawn, ladder golf, Frisbee, or corn hole (yard games are not provide, but you may bring your own). The cabin has an updated kitchen for you to cook your favorite meal, a BBQ grill on the deck if you want to cook a steak, or if you prefer to let others do the work there is a local Steak House open April to October. Pine Valley National Park and campground/picnic area is just across the valley, a short 3 mile drive away from the cabin and is a perfect location to hold family reunions, or just to go camping. Pine Valley Lodge is a beautiful 2.5 acre mountain retreat in Pine Valley, Utah - just 35 minutes from St. George. With sleeping room for up to 56 people in beds, it’s a perfect escape for family reunions, corporate get-a-ways and simple retreats in the solitude of the ponderosa pines. The Lodge The Lodge itself features 5 private bedrooms each with its own bathroom. The Lodge includes a great room, oversized kitchen/dining area, laundry room, and game room. In the Lodge there are also two common bathrooms on the main floor next to the great room. The Kitchen has a large fridge/freezer, two stoves, two ovens, two microwaves, two dishwashers and a full set of pots, pans, utensils and kitchen items. The pantry has an oversized freezer and oversized fridge for storing all of your supplies, the patio has BBQ Grill, and there is a main floor laundry room. The Lodge is equipped with air conditioning and heating and WiFi. There is also one additional bathroom with two showers that has an outside entrance for cabin guests. The Cabins Next to the Lodge, there are seven rustic cabins with electricity, water and beds so there is plenty of room for everyone to spread out and enjoy! Each cabin has a mini fridge and microwave along with air conditioning, heaters and ceiling fans. The cabins share 3 oversized common bathrooms with showers. The Roost The property also has a separate building we call "The Roost". The Roost features an upstairs, 1 bedroom studio apartment with a full kitchen, living room, bathroom and washer/dryer. On the ground floor of "The Roost" is a separate bedroom that has a bunk bed with a double bed on the bottom and a single on top. The main floor of the Roost also as a Game Room with ping pong, air hockey and other games. Two shared bathrooms with showers are located on the main floor of the Roost for guests to use. The Roost is equipped with air conditioning and heating. Your group will love the a big fire pit for roasting marshmallows and campfire activities. There is a children's play set with swings, slides, climbing features, etc. and plenty of outdoor fun including horseshoe pits, a basketball hoop, and a beautiful lawn for volleyball, croquet or just soaking in the cool mountain air. When you don’t feel like cooking, delicious dining is available across the street at the Brandin’ Iron Steakhouse. Catering is also available. Step inside and immediately view the beautiful custom made wooden staircase. Enjoy the giant living room with 4 sectional couches where your entire group can gather together. Congregate in the large open dining room with multiple tables and counter space. There is plenty of indoor and outdoor seating options for up to 38 people. We bought this house because we have a large family and wanted to be able to go to St. George and stay all together in one place. This place is geared towards families that have the same desire. With that being said we DO NOT want any parties or large events at the house. We would like to keep it as a fun place for families to gather and for guests to always be respectful of noise for neighbors around. Please remember the neighbors are not on vacation. In the house there are nine spacious bedrooms including three large bunk rooms. Many of the bedrooms feature king beds and sofa sleepers for extra sleeping options. There is one bunk room on the main floor for smaller kids. The spacious kitchen is stocked with many of the things you would need for your stay. There are plenty of plates, glasses, silverware and plastics dishes for the kids. There is a crock pot, instant pot, griddle, blender, mixer, pots, pans and cookie sheets. Downstairs you will find a large game room with Foosball, ping pong, and air hockey. There is an exercise room with an elliptical, treadmill, bicycle and free weights. You won't miss your work out while you are on vacation! In the basement you will also find a second full sized kitchen with a dining table for 8. There is a pool table with a great family room and giant TV. There is an Xbox with a few games available. Don't miss the game table stocked with many fun games and puzzles for everyone. This house even has a secret room! Try and see if your group can find it? In the basement we have two big bunk rooms that each have access to their own bathroom. Outside is the large private heated pool with plenty of chairs, loungers and tables with umbrellas for relaxing. You can't miss the large hot tub that seats up to 10 people. Rocking chairs close by to sit down and relax. There is a big sand box, in-ground trampoline, grassy area for volleyball, spike ball, corn hole and other lawn games. We are located just 5 miles from town though and 8 miles from the Freeway for traveling back and forth to activities.
